Become a Community Tampa Bay volunteer and join a team that empowers you to make the change you want to see in the world! Please see the calendar for upcoming Volunteer Orientation dates, complete and submit a volunteer application and/or RSVP to generalinfo@communitytampabay.org for more information. Community Tampa Bay accepts and encourages the involvement of volunteers at all levels of the agency, programs and activities. Volunteers are a valuable resource to Community Tampa Bay, its staff, and its participants. We are fully committed to our volunteers and their right to a positive, engaging volunteer experience with meaningful training and support.

If you are interested in volunteer opportunities, start here! We have opportunities for committed individuals to help us design and deliver programs, convene special events and raise funds, provide administrative support in our office, and assist our staff in a myriad of other ways throughout the year. ANYTOWN^TM volunteers are a unique group who have embraced the challenge of cultivating leadership and changing communities through intensive dialogue and programming with youth. If you are interested in becoming an ANYTOWN^TM volunteer, start here! The process is competitive and whether you are new to ANYTOWN^TM or have served for many sessions, all potential volunteers first complete a volunteer interest form during February and March for the summer sessions.
